The year 2025 has come and gone. There has been a soft stagnation since the start of the new year. But I am still alive and well, aching to go out and
produce more art. The snow has finally let up, and the sun is bringing warmer days, which will become ideal for shooting film in. The future for Burnt Offerings
is bright as well as there are many plans for new pieces of art, and film to be produced.
Currently in pre-production, are two short films. One single micro short film shot on 16mm, and another short based on a 15 page script. The micro short will make itself known here very shortly. As finance is always the largest obstacle in this field, the longer, bigger production will be a bit farther out. This one is currently titled, "Mother, Help Me". At this moment we aim to shoot it on 16mm but that is still up in the air as new equipment has become available. After wrapping on a film shot with the elite cinematographer team DSC, things are finally pushing forward. Winter is a real hiderance here, and my productivety really blooms as soon as the flowers begin to.
